Dori is my keeper from our December 2009 “Southernisms” Chris x Cheery litter. She was my pick almost from the moment Cheery and I dried her off. Dori is a delightful, sweet, fun girl!
Dori has given us two fabulous, free whelped litters of 9 and 8. She raised them all herself with very little assistance from me. Her first litter with GCH Red Oak Brookshire Balladeer produced our two new champions, Tierney and Clara, and another pointed, Capers (co-owned with Sally Wynn). We are presently running on two bitches and a dog from her second litter by GCHB Nchanted Concerto.

As a puppy, Dori had a Best Puppy in Match and a Best Puppy in Multi-breed Show. She was awarded her UKC championship by 8 months including a Best Female at the 2010 Premier from the Breeder-Handler class at only 6 months old among many mature bitches, a Herding Group win and several group placements in some very competitive herding groups, and finished her Grand Championship at just 10 months under a former Pem breeder judge over some Top Ten ranked dogs, both UKC grand champions and AKC champions. Her first AKC point was WB/BOS at the Memphis Kennel Club shows. A day earlier she was RWB, Best Puppy, and Puppy Herding group 2.

Dori is OFA hips Good, elbows Normal, CERF normal, clear for von Willebrand’s Disease through parentage, fluff free, and is N/A (carrier) for degenerative myelopathy. Her health clearances can be accessed here.
