With very little showing, June was #6 nationally ranked UKC Cardigan Welsh Corgi for 2012!
June (aka June Bug aka Junie B) finished her GCh quickly with very limited showing and completely owner-handled. She also finished her Ch easily, winning her first 2 points her first weekend out with her previous owner, then winning both majors in one weekend (3 and 4 points) ably guided by her breeder, Jeri Lamy ALLEGRO, including a Best of Opposite Sex over specials under a respected breeder judge. June and I easily picked up the rest of her singles and, despite Junie showing in her altogether and with Jeri looking on, at 16 months, she finished her championship at our home shows held in Priceville, AL, too fun!
Jeri took June to the Western Reserve specialty shows and Junie did well, placing 2nd in both sweeps classes and 2nd and 3rd in the Open classes, all without a coat! In very limited showing, June earned her UKC championship with a Group 2 and three Group 3s. She was also Best Female all three days and Best of Winners one day at the 2010 Premier. Now is 2012, she is currently UKC #2 CWC nation-wide.
June is OFA Good for hips and normal for elbows, eyes CERF clear, PRA clear by line, N/N for degenerative myelopathy by line, ee (no “pinks”) and fluff free.
